Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings. Under supervision from a BCBA, you will deliver one-on-one therapy to help clients reach their full potential.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress with notes and data, and partner with caregivers to ensure consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree in Behavioral Health or related field is a plus.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening is required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).
• Experience with autism is a bonus but not required.
• Commitment to integrity, great communication, and a love for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles with guidance from a BCBA.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Utilize engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
