Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in the United States is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.

You’ll assist with treatment plans, support behavior management, and update caregivers on progress. You’ll also complete session notes and data collection, using engaging materials to motivate learners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; degree in Behavioral Health or Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with kids with autism welcomed but not required.
• Strong communication, love for children, integrity.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with ABA principles
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe, supportive environment
• Team up with the BCBA to update caregivers on progress
• Complete session notes and timesheets
• Collect data on socially significant behaviors
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners
