Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Technician to implement ABA-based plans for children and teens with autism. You will work with a BCBA, collect data, and maintain clear progress notes in a supportive, fun team environment.

Qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans with supervision.
• Assist with challenging behaviors in a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets accurately.
• Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Use engaging materials to motivate learners.
• Support multiple clinics if needed.
