Job summary

California Autism Center in the Central Valley seeks a full-time Behavior Technician to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ages 18 months to six years. You will implement evidence-based ABA plans, work one-on-one with clients, and help them build social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive, play‑based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Willingness to follow BCBA-designed treatment plans.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients to collect data on skill acquisition and behavioral progress.
• Follow structured treatment plans to reduce behavioral excesses.
• Communicate with supervisors and team to ensure positive outcomes.
• Perform janitorial tasks during downtime (sweeping, disinfecting, etc.).
