Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in California is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician for in-home ABA therapy, serving Santa Clara County (San José & Mountain View). Afternoon schedule 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will gain paid training with RBT certification support, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth while working directly with children and families to develop communication and daily living skills through ABA therapy.

Behavior Technician – ABA Therapy

Locations: Santa Clara County (San José & Mountain View, CA)
Schedule: Part-Time (Afternoon sessions, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Setting: In-Home Therapy (Services provided in children’s homes)

No prior ABA experience is required! We provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation

• $21/hour during training
• $25–$28/hour after training, depending on qualifications and experience.
