Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 support in home or clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as we offer paid training and ongoing coaching from experienced trainers.

You will use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, following BCBA-designed plans and tracking progress with detailed notes. There is a clear path for growth and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; we provide hands-on training.
• Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
