Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Richmond, CA. Work with children ages 3–16 using play-based ABA therapy in both in-home and center settings, following individualized plans and collecting data.

The role emphasizes a safe, engaging environment, collaboration with a supportive clinical team, and consistent attendance with a 3:00 PM–8:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor all day.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Create a safe, positive, engaging environment and collaborate with clinical team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM. Optional Saturdays may be available based on clients needs.

Position Type: Part-Time.

Location: Richmond, CA

Start Date: Immediate openings available.

Settings: In-Home Clients & In-Center.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses (Contra Costa)

• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate.
• Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate.

What You’ll be doing
