Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a part-time ABA therapy aide to work in Ventura County, delivering in-home ABA sessions for children after school hours. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with paid training and mentorship available.

No prior ABA experience is required, as comprehensive paid training and RBT certification support are provided, along with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children and helping others.
• Availability to work afternoon sessions, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to children.
• Assist families in implementing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with team and follow training/mentorship guidelines.

Compensation

• $21/hour during training
