Job summary

Behavior-Treatment- is seeking a Part-Time ABA Therapist to support children with autism in Ventura County, delivering therapy in-home sessions after school from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

No ABA experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth are provided to help you develop communication, social, and daily living skills in children and support families.

Qualifications

• Availability for afternoon sessions 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• No prior ABA experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in children's homes under supervision.
• Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to implement plans.
• Maintain session notes and track progress during visits.

Compensation

• $21/hour during training
• $25-$28/hour after training, depending on qualifications and experience.
