Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for flexible, per diem work in New Jersey. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, following treatment plans, collecting data, and maintaining a positive session environment. RBT-certified applicants are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
