Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned ABA agency providing high-quality, ethical services to children and families. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through evidence-based ABA practices in home, school, and community settings.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and follow plans from a supervising BCBA, while creating a safe and engaging session environment and communicating with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team! As a BT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data and document client progress, create a safe and engaging session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
