Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support one-on-one ABA therapy across in-home, school, and community settings in New Jersey. You'll work with our BCBA team, deliver therapy as designed, collect data, and help families track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
• Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBA
• Collecting data and documenting client progress
• Creating a safe and engaging session environment
• Communicating effectively with families and supervisors
