Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Sayreville, New Jersey team. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, work with BCBAs and other RBTs, and help children and families improve communication and independence.

This role offers supervision, training, and opportunities to grow within a BCBA-owned practice. Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with preferred exposure to psychology or related fields; RBT is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes or other settings.

Job Summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in the Sayreville, New Jersey area. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based ABA practices, to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing supervision and training to ensure clinical integrity and adherence to our high standards.
  • Attend team meetings, staff development sessions, and professional conferences to stay current with best practices and expand your clinical knowledge and skills.
