Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Sayreville, New Jersey team. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, work with BCBAs and other RBTs, and help children and families improve communication and independence.

This role offers supervision, training, and opportunities to grow within a BCBA-owned practice. Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with preferred exposure to psychology or related fields; RBT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred but not required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes or other settings.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
