Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is a compassionate provider delivering 1:1 ABA therapy for children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.

BTs work in-home, in-school, and community settings under a BCBA supervisor, collecting data and ensuring engaging sessions while communicating with families. RBT certification is a plus but not required, with paid training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
• Paid training opportunities available
