Job summary

CARIN Alliance in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings.

You will follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, collect accurate progress data, maintain a safe environment, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and partner with families to reinforce goals.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ability to implement treatment plans.
• Reliable data collection skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a family-centered approach.
