The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Clients include children with Autism in home, community, clinic, and school settings.

The role includes data collection, progress documentation, and supporting parent training. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement intervention strategies, use reinforcement and incidental teaching, monitor progress, maintain accurate records,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university with 1 year of direct relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree (60 college credits) with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Registered Behavioral Technician certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using reinforcement and incidental teaching techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions and summarizes progress.
• Reinforces positive behavior and communicates progress to families and school staff.
• Maintains accurate documentation of intervention, goals, and objectives and ensures child safety.
