Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team in Indianapolis, IN. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs, implementing individualized behavioral plans and collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification is required.
• Ability to commute and access reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with handling physical activities during sessions with children aged 2-15.
