Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Mankato, MN is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide center-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 6 years under BCBA supervision. You will contribute to treatment plans, progress tracking, and a supportive learning environment.

The role offers paid training to become an RBT, a clear path to leadership, and a culture focused on collaboration and growth, with full-time hours Monday–Friday and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA, guided by individualized treatment plans.
• Build skills through play, connection, and presence to help a child feel safe.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Prepare for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days.
