• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting.
• Deliver ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA and guided by treatment plans.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child.
• Prepare for RBT certification within 45 days of hire.
