Job summary

Acorn Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Florida to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll work with children on the autism spectrum in centers, homes, schools, or other approved sites, following individualized treatment plans and data collection protocols.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional development, and strong communication with families, while supporting our commitment to quality care and compliance with Florida Level II background screening

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients.
• Work under supervision of BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers according to BCBA directions.
• Collect data and document progress to guide decisions.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
