Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in 1:1 in-home or clinic-based settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided to help you become an RBT, with ongoing support and growth opportunities.

You'll use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, following plans created by a BCBA, and will track progress with session notes while coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required.
• No ABA experience required; hands-on training provided.
