Job summary

Career Based Solutions, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA-designed plans. Candidates must pursue or hold RBT certification; a bonus is offered upon completion. A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred. Travel locally and pass background checks are expected.

Flexible, part-time schedules are available, with training and certification assistance provided to support growth in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Eligible candidates will receive a bonus upon RBT certification completion.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:
