Advanceable ABA is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with autism in home-based sessions in Harrisonburg, VA. You’ll implement individualized ABA plans, track progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

We offer paid onboarding training, a 40-hour RBT course, mentorship, and path to certification. Part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling provide meaningful, hands-on experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• RBT path support if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
