Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy based on BCBA plans in Sewell, New Jersey. This part-time role offers a pay range of $18–$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling.

You’ll track progress with data collection, support communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment. 18+ and RBT preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician

• Location: Sewell, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm- 6:00pm

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
