Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 7-year-old boy in Sicklerville, New Jersey. The position offers part-time hours, Monday–Friday 10:00am–1:00pm, and pay between $18 and $25 per hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will work under BCBA guidance, track progress with data, and support communication, social skills, and daily living activities while collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
