Headway Services is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) to support a 3-year-old client in Mannington Township, New Jersey. This part-time role offers $18-$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth under experienced BCBAs.

You will deliver in-home ABA therapy, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while coordinating with families for consistent treatment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology is a plus.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Able to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others.

Responsabilidades

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 3 year old boy

• Location: Mannington Township, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am-12:00pm

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
