Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) to deliver in-home therapy to a 7-year-old girl in Monmouth Junction, NJ. The role is part-time, Monday–Friday 4:00pm–6:00pm, with pay of $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will work under BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data, and help build communication, socialization, and daily living skills while collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
