Job summary

Bounce Therapy is seeking a reliable and caring Behavior Technician to support our in-home clients in Hazlet and Freehold, NJ. This role offers a competitive rate of $28-30 per hour with flexible, part-time hours that fit your life.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, working closely with children in their home environment, and collecting data on client behavior. Prior ABA Therapy experience is required, and we value strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Hazlet, NJ and Freehold, NJ areas! $28-30 per hour. Rate negotiable.

Schedule: Long Branch – 3:45pm to 6:45pm, Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Availability during after-school hours.
