Job summary

Headrise ABA is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for children with autism in New Jersey. You will work part-time, based on BCBA-developed plans, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while tracking progress.

Requirements include being at least 18, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology a plus), RBT preferred, ability to pass a background check, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
