Job summary

Champions ABA in MA seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and adults with ASD in home and community settings.

You will implement individualized programs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to refine therapy plans, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.

Per diem schedule with opportunities for regular hours and potential overtime, in-home and community-based service delivery across MA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., ABA, Psychology, Education) preferred.
• Experience with ABA techniques and methodology is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavioral interventions to support skill acquisition and reduce problem behaviors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.

Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of supporting every voice.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based ABA therapy programs for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help individuals develop essential life skills, increase independence, and promote social and emotional growth. Your work will be guided by a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and will involve:

• Implementing individualized ABA programs in home and community settings




• Collecting and recording data to track program effectiveness




• Collaborating with BCBA's to develop and refine therapy plans




• Assisting with planning and preparation for therapy sessions




• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
