Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in-home, at school, and in community settings across New Jersey. You'll work with our BCBA team to implement treatment plans, collect data, and document client progress while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

We offer flexible, part-time/per diem schedules, hands-on training, and free RBT coursework. This role supports families directly within a small, collaborative team and provides

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
• Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBA
• Collecting data and documenting client progress
• Creating a safe and engaging session environment
• Communicating effectively with families and supervisors
