Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) for flexible, part-time per diem roles in New Jersey. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings under a BCBA, collect data, and communicate progress with families and supervisors.

RBT certification is a plus but not required; travel locally is encouraged. Per diem scheduling offers hands-on training, supportive supervision, and a collaborative small team where every contribution matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour
