Job summary

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) to join our ABA Preschool Centers in Vermont. This long-term, full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM in Colchester, VT and Essex Junction, VT, with pay of $22–$24 per hour negotiable based on experience.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, implement treatment plans, and communicate with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with children, especially with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to preschool-aged children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability every day

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) to join our growing ABA Preschool Centers in Vermont. Our BCBAs provide exceptional training, mentorship, and support in a collaborative environment. We are passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care, empowering them to build greater independence, confidence, and success.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM

Pay: $22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
