Job summary

Bounce Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) in Essex Junction and Colchester, Vermont. This full-time position offers competitive pay of up to $24 per hour based on experience, alongside health benefits and FREE RBT Certification training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to preschool-aged children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability every day.

Essex Junction & Colchester, Vermont

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) to join our growing ABA Preschool Centers in Vermont. Our BCBAs provide exceptional training, mentorship, and support in a collaborative environment. We are passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care, empowering them to build greater independence, confidence, and success.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
