Job summary

Bounce ABA Preschool Center in Essex Junction, Vermont is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children on the autism spectrum through one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This is a long‑term, full‑time, center‑based role with a Monday–Friday 8:15 AM–4:45 PM schedule.

Pay is $22–$24 per hour, negotiable by experience, and Bounce Therapy offers paid time off, health benefits, free RBT certification training, BCBA tuition reimbursement, ongoing supervision, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT Certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or autism, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child''s developmental goals.

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA Preschool Center in Essex Junction, VT.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM

Pay: $22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
