Job summary

Bounce Therapy in Colchester, VT, is hiring a Behavior Technician (Preschool ABA Therapist) for full-time work at our Vermont centers. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to preschool-aged children under BCBA supervision, recording data and implementing treatment plans. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:15 AM–4:45 PM, pay $22–$24/hour, negotiable by experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• RBT Certification is a plus but not required.

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) to join our growing ABA Preschool Centers in Vermont. Our BCBAs provide exceptional training, mentorship, and support in a collaborative environment. We are passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care, empowering them to build greater independence, confidence, and success.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
