Job summary

Bounce Therapy Preschool Center in Colchester, VT is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a long-term, full-time role at our ABA preschool center.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, with pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour. We provide paid time off, health benefits, and free RBT certification training for entry-level staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT Certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with children or autism is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child's developmental goals.

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA Preschool Center in Colchester, VT.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
