Job summary

Bounce Therapy in Vermont is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) to join our center-based team in Essex Junction and Colchester. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:15 AM–4:45 PM, $22–$24 hourly pay, paid time off, health benefits, and paid RBT training with tuition reimbursement and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• RBT Certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience working with children, especially with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to preschool-aged children under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability every day.

Essex Junction & Colchester, Vermont

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) to join our growing ABA Preschool Centers in Vermont. Our BCBAs provide exceptional training, mentorship, and support in a collaborative environment. We are passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care, empowering them to build greater independence, confidence, and success.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM

Pay

$22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
