Job summary

Bounce Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Colchester, VT ABA Preschool Center. This long-term, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM and an hourly pay range of $22–$24, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and support each child's developmental goals.

Bounce ABA Preschool Center – Colchester, Vermont

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA Preschool Center in Colchester, VT.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM

Pay:

$22–$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
