Job summary

ChildWise ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will follow treatment plans designed by BCBAs and help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience is required as paid training and BCBA mentorship are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling with options for part-time or full-time work in a supportive team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Build positive relationships with clients

• Collect and record session data

• Support independence and positive behavior

• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $22-$28

• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling based on availability
