Job summary

ChildWise ABA in Ohio is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship to help you succeed. You will collaborate with BCBAs and families, collect session data, and help children gain independence while using positive behavior strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Build positive relationships with clients

• Collect and record session data

• Support independence and positive behavior

• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

• Hourly Rate: $18-$23

• Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling based on availability
