Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Work closely with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and families to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Implement Behavior Interventions: Apply ABA principles to increase desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and Record Data: Accurately track client behaviors and responses to interventions.
• Maintain a Safe and Organized Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic setting for clients and staff.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the treatment team for smooth transitions.
