The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for Home & Community work in Lawrence, MA. This role offers a flexible weekday schedule and an hourly pay range of $22.00 to $32.00, with BCBA supervision and ongoing training.

You'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and community settings, supporting skill development while balancing school, caregiving, or other commitments.

We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed-without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule.

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural environments under BCBA supervision. You'll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate:$22.00 - $32.00/hour (based on education and experience)

Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Higher education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages
• Advanced certifications or specialized training

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you

Experience That Transfers Well

• College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields
• Childcare or education roles (nanny, tutor, paraprofessional)
• Mental health or human services experience
• Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
