Job summary

Community Autism Services is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role offers growth toward full-time hours and a clear pathway to advanced roles within CAS.

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician,you'lldeliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.You'llwork under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired.

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
  • Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings
  • Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children
  • Collectaccuratesession data and progress notes
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
  • Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
  • Support skill generalization across environments

Pay Range
  • Hourly Rate: $21.00-$26.00/hour (based on education and experience)

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions
  • Minimum age of 18
  • High School diploma or GEDrequired
  • Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
  1. Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
  2. Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
  3. Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
  • Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
  • Comfort working across home, school, and community settings
  • No prior ABA experiencerequired- we train you

  • College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields
