Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. This full-time role offers flexible weekday availability and a pay range of $21.00-$26.00 per hour, with paid onboarding and ongoing clinical support.

No prior ABA experience is required — CAS provides training and supervision to help you grow professionally in Atascadero, CA.

Qualifications

We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed-without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule.

Pay Range

• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
