Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring Part-Time Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. This role fits students and professionals seeking flexible weekday hours and meaningful family-centered care.

You will receive paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to obtain RBT certification as part of a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region

We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed-without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule.

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural environments under BCBA supervision. You'll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments.

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate:$20.00 - $26.00/hour (based on education and experience)

• Prior experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Higher education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages
• Advanced certifications or specialized training

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
