Job summary

Community Autism Services is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children in familiar home and community settings under BCBA supervision.

Role Overview

As a Part‑Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural environments under BCBA supervision. You’ll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments.

Pay Range
  • Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $27.00/hour (based on education and experience)

  • Prior experience in ABA or behavioral health
  • Higher education or relevant coursework
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Advanced certifications or specialized training
Qualifications & Essential Job Functions
  • Minimum age of 18
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to actively engage in child‑centered play and therapeutic activities
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
  • Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
  • Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
  • No prior ABA experience required – we train you
