Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraeducator to support a student under an IEP, provide behavior support, and assist a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves implementing behavior plans, recording progress, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The position requires a high school diploma; prior experience with intensive behavioral needs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in educational settings implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals in the IEP.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans; implement and track data on progress and incidents.
• Use de-escalation techniques and crisis management to ensure student and staff safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
