Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings. You will work one-on-one or with small groups to implement IEP goals, using PBS strategies within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include developing and adjusting behavior support plans, recording progress, and communicating with parents, while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned student per IEP goals, providing accommodations as needed.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
