Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support children through play, evidence-based strategies, and individualized plans. You will travel to homes, centers, and community settings to help kids build communication, social, and life skills with energy and compassion.

Training and ongoing coaching are provided, and growth milestones are mapped. No prior experience is required; we train you and support your career while you help children shine and families gain hope

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, in centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins.
